Job Identification

We are now seeking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to be part of our Supply Chain  team in Çorlu.

What We Expect

  • Produces the products according the Quality Assurance System of both company’s standards and international quality standards and also proper to legal requirement
  • Makes certain running of the Coca-Cola’s quality system and product quality in all phases from the entrance of goods to be delivered to customers & makes necessary reportings
  • Carrys out the systems of TCCC, FSMS(Food Safety Management System), Enviromental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety & ISO 9001
  • Ensures the work-flow of all the areas in their responsibility and assesses the performance
  • Provides training for the ones in operations system and in other quality improvement activities
  • Analyzes non-conformances and finds solutions & controls corrective action plan
  • Provides improvement to GMP and improves hygiene cleaning standards & follows maintenance periods
  • Keeps consumer and customer complaints on a line within the framework of the consumer responsibility plan & keeps the consumer informed and provides labeling and proper barcoding for traceability of the goods and products
  • Follows & implements applications and legal necessities in factory for fulfillment of TCCC requirements
  • Experiences packaging, raw material, Line trials and communicating with suppliers, training operators, leading new projects

Qualifications

  • University Graduate (Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering)
  • Good command of English and fluent in Turkish is must (both speaking & writing)
  • Locate / willing to locate in Çorlu
  • Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance job experience
  • C Class Health and Safety, also 6sigma certificates are preferable
  • Experience on Governmental Ministry Regulators is preferable
  • Self-motivated and good motivator
  • Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
