Job Identification

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Order Management) to be a part of our Digital Technology, Digital Fulfillment team located in Dudullu/Istanbul. Responsible for partnering with the relevant business stakeholders in Supply Chain and Order Operations fields to build the capabilities of the product in line with the product roadmap. Accountable for the delivery of solutions that would meet the requirement along with business outcomes.

What We Expect

  • Elicit complex business and data requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals. Lead business process analysis sessions.
  • Actively monitor and participate to the preparations of product deliverables on time. 
  • Review the backlog of work for a workstream and reprioritize the work in alignment with the stakeholders
  • Seld-managed and enthusiastic to drive software releases for product features alone/or with the product manager as they are produced to ensure timely updates and to deliver the planned benefits as early as possible in the product roadmap. Manage tasks and meet assigned delivery dates.
  • Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems. Participate in small team design sessions while contributing to the overall design. Assist in problem and issue resolution with project/product manager and report progress on initiatives in a summarized written format. 
  • Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization. 
  • Prepare and continuously revise the project/ product plan along with all stakeholders involved and affecting program pipeline. 
  • Deliver baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses to evaluate and track the realization of business benefits.
  • Perform data analysis, document the data sources, create integrations data requirements, and participate in the ETL data pipeline definitions.
  • Create related documents including technical documentation and system requirements.
  • Work directly alongside order operations team to produce release documentation and system test scripts.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these.
  • Define and collect functional requirements related to Order Management and Customer Service processes and translate them into technical requirements and product features.
  • Scaling up and deploy the solution to new countries according to digital strategy and roadmap.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them according to business requirements and digital roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study
  • 7+ years of experience in IT business analyst in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service fields. FMCG experience will be a big asset.
  • Experience in order management process (upstream & downstream order management) / strategical platforms / analytics
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to lead through collaboration with effective stakeholder management.
  • Be able to work effectively with a wide range of teams — from business leaders to delivery teams, driving product success with lean and agile methodologies.
  • Influences and communicates effectively the purpose, product goals and objectives and priorities with all stakeholders that builds support, agreement and commitment.
  • Enthusiastic about solving business challenges effectively, utilizing customer-centricity, design thinking and lean start up methodologies.
  • Progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams, influencing effectively across the organization in a matrix environment.
  • Having advanced knowledge of business process management, business analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with software development and coding, knowledge of software and application architecture and design
  • Experience on data analytics, data analysis and data integration models  
  • Be able to work effectively on applications and ERP solutions which are integrated with order management platforms. SAP SD module knowledge is big asset
  • Experience in working on implementations / global product support / roll-outs
