Job Indetification

We are looking for a DT Governance Analyst to be a part of our Digital Technology Department, located in Dudullu/Istanbul. Responsible for partnering with the relevant business stakeholders in Finance and Procurement teams to support DT product teams in procurement and finance processes

What We Expect

  • Create DT purchase requisitions and follow up PR/ PO approvals
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable and Finance teams to ensure processing and allocation of expenses
  • Prepare timely and accurate DT financial and ad hoc reports to DT leaders and Finance department
  • Responsible for DT invoice processing and resolution of vendor invoicing issues
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance departments to ensure DT governance matters are conducted in compliance with established policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve DT governance processes and automate routine transactional work whenever possible.
     

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, MIS or equivalent
  • +3 years experience in related field
  • Working in a multinational group is an advantage 
  • SAP knowledge (FI, CO, MM modules)
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high paced dynamic environment and capable of prioritizing work load to meet scheduling demands and timelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with customer focus
  • Attention to detail 
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills: be able to understand and communicate complex topics with simplicity
  • A good understanding of technology and IT industry, knowledge of technology business models, pricing structures and software/IP licensing arrangements 
  • Solid understanding of the business and technology policies, standard clauses, and critical terms
  • Strong command of verbal and written English
