Job Identification

We are now seeking for a Production Manager to be part of our Supply Chain  team in Corlu.

Main Responsibilities

  • To sustain the development of the current GMP & 6S practices; to set and enhance the best practices in production
  • To plan and actualize the preventive maintenance programs so as to support the line efficiencies
  • To manage the operation department budget, to make annual labor force & equipment investment plans
  • To enhance implementations of PLP & job security, to afford employees training opportunities about job security practices
  • To recommend different production methods for developing the quality of the packages & products
  • To control the efficiency of equipment; to manage the usage of spare parts and equipment
  • To provide the management of 3rd parties related with installation, maintenance, remediation and to organize the training programs served by them
  • To coach the team members for their career management
  • Responsible from all production Lines and auxiliary facilites at the Plant
  • Managing that all production lines will realize their BP Volumes
  • Ensuring and monitoring that the production is cost effective
  • Follow up the Plant KPI's and related actions
  • Preparing studies with the team to improve of WUR and EUR goals
  • Managing and preparing Green Belt projects

Qualifications

•         Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering

•         Min. 5 years of production experience

•         Fluent in Turkish and English is must (both speaking & writing)

•         Leading the team

•         Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
