Job Identification
We are now seeking for a Quality Assurance Manager to be part of our Supply Chain team in Çorlu
What We Expect
- To ensure the Coca-Cola quality system and product quality in all processes in the chain from material income to the consumer and to make the necessary reports.
- To follow, manage and ensure the full implementation of the TCCC, CCI and legal requirements within the plant; to be in contact with local legal organizations and TCCC related to the product., Keep up to date and follow up official permissions and licences of the plant when necessary.
- To ensure development of employees and support all operations to accomplish.
- To ensure the control of materials and products within the scope of legal requirement, to determine inspection, test and test methods. To ensure that appropriate devices are purchased and training is provided for those tests. To ensure the registration of trials for new products, new materials / raw materials and new suppliers and to participate in the approval processes. Providing feedback to suppliers on raw material and service
- quality, food safety issues, and leading DMR preparation processes.
- To ensure coordination in the plant where management systems such as Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Business Continuity are carried out in accordance with the relevant standards and kept up to date. Identify and guide those who will coordinate management systems’ requirements such as risk analyzes, root cause analyzes, corrective actions, non-compliance, document management, internal audits, training, GMP inspections,
- management review meetings, and food safety team activities.
- To manage and improve OE projects and CA&PA (corrrective and preventive actions) systems in the plant.
- To ensure the capability of all processes, to develop programs and corrective actions to eliminate or minimize non-conformities. To contribute and coordinate the activities related to productivity increase and to minimize losses. To ensure that continuous development programs are evaluated in a way that contributes to company reputation and brand image in accordance with company procedures.
- To ensure and follow the compliance of QA activities such as QA laboratories, syrup room, water
- treatment,water sources and wastewater treatment units with occupational safety standards and environmental / energy management system applications. Implement maintenance programs, supply the resources needed such as spare parts, and employees to ensure that these units contribute to line efficiency. To
- keep and monitor the efficiency of critical inputs such as syrup and sugar.
- To keep consumer and customer complaints in line with the KPI’s, to manage CA&PA to improve complaints and customer and consumer satisfaction levels. To ensure full traceability of products via proper coding and labeling.
- To make necessary organization for quality and image control at post-mix and pre-mix points
- To manage and monitor the Quality Assurance Department budget (Capex, OPEX, RFA, Headcount preparation), to identify and budget in line with the needs of the plant on the basis of the quality criteria.
- To identify the development needs of employees, to improve working conditions and initiate action plans to increase engagement. To follow up performance management systems for employees
Qualifications
- University Graduate (Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering)
- Good command of English and fluent in Turkish is must (both speaking & writing)
- Locate / willing to locate in Çorlu
- Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance job experience
- C Class Health and Safety, also 6sigma certificates are preferable
- Experience on Governmental Ministry Regulators is preferable
- Self-motivated and good motivator
- Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
