Job Identification

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Team Leader to be a part of our Financial Services Center PTP team located in İstanbul Office.

What We Expect

•    Deliver the highest quality of service as defined by the team leader in conjunction with the business units.
•    Meet Service Level Agreements and productivity targets.  
•    Ensure timely and accurate Invoice Entry and Rejection, Invoice Processing and Posting
•    Establish good relationship with customers maintaining open communication channels and developing high standards for service delivery.
•    Develop high performing teams through effective coaching
•    Lead, motivate a team, with responsibility for delivering compliance, accuracy and timeliness on defined services.
•    Manage the reconciliation processes for suppliers (i.e. vendors). 
•    Lead daily operations related with invoices, employee expenses.
•    Manage month end closing activities.
•    Serve as the key contact with internal and external auditors.
•    Provide a source of expertise on the finances of the entities and the first ‘port of call’ for input and resource when implementing and managing change.
•    Ensure compliance with the CCI group accounting policies & IFRS.
•    Actively involved in Procure to Pay business process initiatives, both improvements and scope expansion.
•    Continually review, challenge and update processes and practices to provide the most efficient and cost-effective best practice identifying improvements where applicable.
•    Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks within the team and work with the team to generate potential solutions.
•    Provide input into continuous process improvement.
•    Ensure that all process controls are operational, actively identifying control gaps and recommend possible solutions.
•    Ensure adherence with the monthly and yearly accounting reporting cycles.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience/qualification. Professional Certification in Accounting/Finance is an advantage.
•    Experience of using SAP would be a preference.
•    Good command of English, both written and verbal is a prerequisite; Knowledge of one of the following languages will be considered an advantage: Turkish, Arabic, Russian or any of CA local languages.
•    Experience of using SAP would be a preference.
•    Adaptability and a willingness to learn, especially in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
•    Demonstrate strong teamwork by actively engaging with team members, sharing knowledge, and providing support where necessary.
•    Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
•    Experience in directly supervising a substantial team of 10 or more members.
•    Experience in manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the finance department.
•    Strong knowledge and experience of Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.
