Job Identification

We are looking for a Customer Commercial System Executive to be a part of our Omnichannel team located in Group Office.

What We Expect

  • Manage end-to-end project life cycles, build business cases and needs analysis with stakeholders (Data Analytics teams, Digital Product teams and related Country Business units (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and Top Management) and ensure timely and holistic solutions are delivered through effective project management.
  • Collaborate closely with Country Business units to build a comprehensive understanding of local needs, prioritize business needs and create digital product road maps with Digital Product teams with a 'customer centric' mindset. Work closely with Digital Product teams through analysis, development and deployment phases of digital capabilities; ensuring customer experience requirements and alignment with OKRs.
  • Design execution and expansion plans of digital capabilities in countries and ensure a successful stakeholder & expectation management is in place.
  • Analyze omnichannel data to generate insights based on trends in customer digital behavior patterns, preferences, and complaints and define customer segments/clusters in line with CCI's 'customer experience strategy'.
  • Develop business hypotheses and analytical models to test and verify/falsify these business hypotheses with related teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Digital Technology etc.)
  • Measure effectiveness of promotions and other various incentivization mechanisms in terms of new user acquisition, retention, activity, sales and etc.
  • Develop continuous stream of data to measure, analyze and evaluate customer behaviors and sentiments in line with customer experience targets and OKRs.
  • Build detailed training guides and onboarding processes tailored for related parties (sales & marketing teams, customers etc.) and design line of communication and business processes to better customer experience.
  • Engage closely with data analytics teams to ensure & faciliate data integration and accuracy by conducting unit tests between dashboards and source systems.
  • Act as an analytics translator by pinpointing the essential KBIs that drive CCI's commercial targets.
  • Follow innovative customer engagement campaigns, contents and share best practices from eB2B systems and other order & engagement tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from related fields
  • Min. 7 years of experience in related fields
  • Knowledge of  digital product management, customer data analytics, expertise in end to end project management
  • Having effective communication and presentation skills
  • Having strong coordination and planning skills
  • Proficiency both in Turkish language and English.
