Job Objective

We are looking for a DT Product Manager to be a part of our Commercial Digital Technology team located in Dudullu/Istanbul. 
As a DT Product Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the relevant business stakeholders in commercial fields to define capabilities of the product in line with product roadmap. Accountable for the delivery of the solutions that would meet the requirement along with business outcomes.
 

What We Expect

  • Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals. Lead business process analysis sessions.
  • Review the backlog of work for a small project and reprioritize the work and deployment of project resources to reduce costs and increase the value of the work delivered to the business. 
  • Plan and replan software releases for product features alone/or with the product manager as they are produced to ensure timely updates and to deliver the planned benefits as early as possible in the product roadmap. Manage tasks and meet assigned delivery dates.
  • Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems. Participate in small team design sessions while contributing to the overall design. Assist in problem and issue resolution with project/product manager and report progress on initiatives in a summarized written format. 
  • Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization. 
  • Deliver baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses to evaluate and track the realization of business benefits.
  • Create related documents including technical documentation, system requirements and traceability matrices. Work directly alongside QA team to produce release documentation and system test scripts.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study
  • 10+ years of experience in digital commercial, marketing and Sales fields
  • Experience on data analytics is a plus
  • Marketplace experience is a big plus
  • Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
  • Experience in solution digital architecture design processes
  • Ability to lead through collaboration with effective stakeholder management.
  • Be able to work effectively with a wide range of teams — from business leaders to delivery teams, driving product success with lean and agile methodologies.
  • Strong entrepreneurial perspective, innovative with experience in delivering results in uncertain environment.
  • Influences and communicates effectively the purpose, product goals and objectives and priorities with all stakeholders that builds support, agreement and commitment.
  • Enthusiastic about solving business challenges effectively, utilizing customer-centricity, design thinking and lean start up methodologies.
  • Progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams, influencing effectively across the organization in a matrix environment.
