Job Identification

Owns Supply Chain domain and responsible for establishing the strategic roadmap for Supply Chain digital products and delivering the execution. This requires building relationships with various stakeholders & end users, understanding existing capabilities & needs, and prioritizing those needs to deliver financial and operational benefits such as improved service levels, increased operational efficiency, or improved cash flow, through new or improved digital products. Responsible for the architecture, design and development of a module/subsystem and technically drives all aspects of the product.

  • Responsible for managing the work deliverables of the platform/product/solution, less complex CCI business, CCI sub-business, large P&L, critical long cycle product, or ownership of large and/or complex functional product(s) within the platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study.
  • 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain technology solutions
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong Subject Matter Expertise (product and / or processes) in Supply Chain and experience on advanced analytics.
  • Proactively drives portfolio and investment decisions to balance customer needs, install base requirements (refresh) and long-term enterprise differentiation.
  • Evangelizes concepts beyond current offerings and considers business model innovation (product, service and delivery innovations).
  • Defines roadmap for product/ services and alignment across functions and organizations.
  • Aligns goals, feature sets, capabilities to business objectives for the product (i.e. Profitability, ROI, Market Penetration, Channel development, Brand Development, etc.).
  • Strong track record in vendor management, OTS product qualification, as well as in-house
  • built products, and managing statements of work with suppliers.
  • Lead multiple product roll outs at multiple geographies in parallel with product managers,
  • product owners, local champions, and service providers.
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills.
  • Evangelizes new technology, predicts trends, and identifies new opportunities based on trends.
  • Identifies the customer’s business and strategic needs, concerns, and desires for the value delivery capabilities of the products.
