Job Identification

We are looking for a Demand Planning Executive to be a part of Customer Supply Chain team located in Group Office.

What We Expect

  • Develops and maintains accurate operational demand forecasts for products or services based on historical data
  • Optimize distributors inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, production, and procurement, to gather information and align demand forecasts with production and supply chain plans
  • Uses various tools and software to analyze data and generate reports on demand patterns, sales trends, and forecast accuracy
  • Continuously monitor and improve the accuracy of demand forecasts through statistical modeling, demand sensing, and demand shaping techniques
  • Maintains a demand planning process that includes regular demand review meetings, consensus forecasting, and demand review with key stakeholders
  • Tracks key performance indicators related to demand planning, such as forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover, to measure the effectiveness of the demand planning process
  • Implements demand planning software and tools to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and automate routine tasks
  • Collaborates with finance teams to align demand plans with budgeting and financial planning activities 
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, and Business Administration 
  • 6-8 Years of experience in Supply Chain 
  • Knowledge of operational demand forecasting, gathering data, and developing the statistical forecast
  • Work cross-functionally to support data-driven decisions related to country volume forecasts.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency both in Turkish language and English
