We are now seeking for a Finance Executive looking for an opportunity to progress their career further in a multinational environment. The role is in CCI's Group Office Istanbul, overseeing and supporting CCI's operations in 12 countries. We are looking for a high-performing individual who will be a part of a small and high-caliber team focusing on System Economics optimization across CCI, including financial leadership on innovation and strategic projects.The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below.
What We Expect
• Providing leadership, analytical resources, and decision support by monitoring System Economics
• Ensuring financial compliance with agreed principles with our business partners
• Implement information sharing protocols with our business partners
• Acting as a preliminary point of contact for Business Partners in CCI for financial matters
• Monitoring and ensure understanding, implementation, and compliance with System Economics' principles across all CCI geographies
• Guide CCI's local finance and commercial teams on System Economics principles for new product launches and new ventures
• Liaising with internal workstreams (country finance, technical and commercial teams) and lead the preparation of business models / value chains for new product launch initiatives;
• Monitoring new product launch performance, compare key metrics with forecasts, and provide recommendations to country teams
• Coordinating the long-range planning processes and the internal workstreams
• Leading the financial projection preparation for the long-range planning process with Business Partners, and connect them with CCI's internal workstreams
• Providing support during the negotiations of new ventures
• Closely follow up on our receivables and payables with our Business Partner
• Preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed
Qualifications
• University degree and master degree (preferable) from reputable universities in a relevant field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational organization;
• Having advanced level of English;
• Having advanced level of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
• Possessing good financial statement understanding;
• Having excellent follow-up skills and a hands-on approach;
• Having know-how to run a complex project with multiple stakeholders;
• Having ability to produce highly accurate work within tight deadlines and under pressure;
• Having analytical thinking, can process large amounts of data, identify patterns, establish cause-effect relations, and define solutions that drive improvement
• Have the financial acumen and can use financial analysis and knowledge to generate insights and define the best course of action;
• Willing to be a key contact with plenty of stakeholders around you within and outside the organization.
