Job Identification

We are looking for a Group Engineering Services Executive to be a part of our Group Office Engineering Services team located in İstanbul.

What We Expect

  • Determine and apply ‘engineering standards, procedures, technical specs and designs’ of plant machinery, plant building and premises to supply required production capacity and quality in TCCC standard by following last innovations and last improvements
  • Prepare Tender files for following bids and purchasing process after his determination best & most convenient technical and quality specs for CCI at the most cost-effective direction by in coordination Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Legal departments
  • Prepare technical and commercial contracts of the projects
  • Planning and implementation of the project, and to achieve the targets toward the market’s needs and the Company’s goals by providing the lowest and competitive cost, highest efficacy packaging and technology solutions
  • Coordinates project tasks and resource requirements 
  • Follows up project budget to meet the specified scope within proposed cost and time
  • Follows up project schedule to meet business requirements
  • Ensures that project meets quality assurance, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ensures FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) with plant personnel to ensure compliance to functional specifications and scope of work
  • Liaises with other supply chain and technical managers to ensure that assigned capital projects meet agreed business needs in the most cost-effective way
  • Review, approve, or modify project designs as per CCI & International Standards
  • Makes frequent inspection visits to plants and manufacturers to follow manufacturing and construction quality and specs that are in the required technical & quality standards or not

Capabilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Min. 8 years of experience in Engineering Projects, including 4 years in Engineering 
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work within a diversified business culture
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project 
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is an asset
