Job Identification
Provides strategic direction and leadership for CCI's Health and Safety Teams, Initiatives and Develop the overall strategy of continuous improvement and make sure that all essential Health and Safety Systems are implemented as per legal, CCI and TCCC requirements across all the locations and subsidiaries in Turkey.
What We Expect
- Ensure that business activities and individuals (e.g. employees, contractors, and visitors) within the area of responsibility adhere to the organization's HS&E policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions; to safeguard the environment, protect the well-being of individuals, and minimize business risk. Partners and consults with all Regional Directors, General Managers, HRM’s, and other leaders to ensure the development and implementation of a broad, well-balanced, and effective H&S strategy and performance.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate corporate H&S procedures, and policies with the guidance of top management.
- Provide technical expertise and support for all of CCI's countries, and departments, (including all acquisitions) on regulatory compliance issues in Safety and Health. Proactively communicate with leadership about changes in legal requirements and propose corrective actions.
- Implement the formal development framework for H&S teams, with guidance from country LTs and Excom. Provide informal coaching to others throughout the organization in area of
- expertise.
- Represents CCI in The Coca-Cola System Global Safety Council, facilitate, lead, participate in systemwide safety projects, take part in global health and safety decisions.
- Collaborate with the country H&S teams to proactively identify cultural, behavioral, or technical H&S issues and corrective and preventive action plans to solve them, raise awareness across all management levels and closely follow up the action plans to ensure the sustainability of accident-free safety culture
- To develop and implement a Wellbeing framework, taking responsibility for the development and management of robust well-being strategies, policies, processes, and procedures considering best practices and the operational needs of the business, thus ensuring that wellbeing best practices and industry standards are applied across all CCI territories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced level of English
- Min. 10 Years of overall experience
- Advanced level of customer focus
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Training the trainers
