Job Objective

 

We are now seeking for an HR Executive to be a part of our Group Offcie Business Partnering Team, in Istanbul. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:

Main Responsibilities

 

Customer Management: 

  • To prepare the people plan, foresee the needs, drive HR processes (talent management, recruitment, promotion / assignment, performance, training, remuneration, engagement) and to develop necessary system / application suggestions according to business strategies of the related account.
  • To be the first contact of employees about all HR related topics.

Talent Moves:

  • To clarify the need for recruitment requests, conduct Talent Acquisition process (i.e. competency based interview, assessment centers) in line with potential status of the department, internal balances, the difficulty of the position, fair placement etc.
  • Proactively define the talent move needs in line with the business requirements
  • To conduct promotion and rotation processes for related accounts

Talent Management & Career Development

  • To prepare strategic talent management plans for the account
  • To prepare career maps, manage succession planning for the related accounts focusing on talent pipeline by using the related resources, methodologies and tools.
  • To guide the employees for creating their own development plan by reporting evaluations on the assessment center applications
  • To provide insight and support for Talent Management team in order to contribute CCI's current and future talent pool.

Employee Engagement 

  • To design and implement actions aimed to increase & sustain engagement / motivation / performance for the related accounts.
  • To check the organizational climate, conduct pulse check / exit interview
  • To analyse the results, report significant subjects to function leaders. To prepare action plan along with the business leaders and take / drive action

Headcount Management

  • To analyse the headcount needs in line with business requirements
  • To drive the budget planning process along with the LT and ensure the system updates

Legal and Ethical Process 

  • To ensure compliance of CCI employee practices with the Labor Law and all related laws/legislations.
  • To provide insights in decision making for Disciplinary/Ethical Code processes.
  • To act as a consultant in accurate managing of subcontractor processes.

Employee Life Cycle Management 

  • To prepare and to ensure orientation / onboarding / changeboarding conducted effectively.
  • To detect L&D needs of related accounts and to collaborate with Capability Development team and function to meet those needs.
  • To provide execution of performance management and to conduct PIP process accordingly.

HR Process and System Management 

  • To ensure that all systematic steps are carried out on OPP; maintain data, provide system improvement suggestions to related partners in HR and DT. 

Project Management 

  • To take an active role in HR related and multifunctional projects within CCI.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced level of English
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in Center of Expertise and/or HR Business Partnership experience
  • Advanced level of customer focus
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Coordination, planning skills are must
  • Good knowledge in execution of Labour Law
  • Using related SAP modules and Successfactors effectively
