Job Identification

We are looking for a Digital Transformation and People Analytics Executive Role to be a part of our Human Resources Analytics team located in Group Office.

What We Expect

  • Establishes standard streamlined HR Technology and Systems for all related HR processes for all CCI countries
  • Manages Digital HR Transformation initiatives according to HR strategies
  • Deploys integrated HR systems, platforms, and processes into countries to build HR fundamentals
  • Develops project plans, action items, meeting notes, deliverables, risks, issues, project documentation, communication, lead UAT for data quality
  • Lead project teams and cross country and functional initiatives, Develop, create, and maintain training materials and training programs associated with HR systems
  • Provide timely, first level support for troubleshooting all HR technology system issues from employees and various end users with high quality customer service
  • Actively participate in project implementation of new systems, upgrades, and/or integrations
  • Assess HRIS integrations to ensure proper functionality, troubleshooting as needed
  • Support and maintain existing integrations and other system maintenance by working closely with external vendors and internal IT support to ensure systems are communicating correctly
  • Proactively research upgrades to ensure upgraded features are aligned with business goals and best practices
  • Build a Data-driven Culture starting from HR by increasing the data literacy, digital dexterity, and data correctness.
  • Work with Business Intelligence to develop dashboards and transform analytical results into presentable and actionable insights for the HR team and other business leaders.
  • Telling data stories to influence business leaders and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop, create, and maintain training materials and training programs associated with People Analytics.
     

Qualifications:

  • Develop employee services, in partnership with the Centres of Expertise (CoE)
  • Collect HR operational affairs from the relevant HR functions, ensuring standardization by discussing with the relevant CoE, central operation Hubs and technology team
  • Ensure that documentation of operational processes are ready and the operational processes of the central operations teams are carried out in CCI standards
  • Determine and standardize the target processes of CCI HR operation centers
  • Co-lead deployment of CCI wide HR initiatives/process changes/technology implementations
  • Develop CCI wide operation KPI and reporting system to improve operation processes
  • Defines and manages the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) process for operational efficiency
  • Define the operational management rules and process. Prepare the procedures foroperational processes
  • Improve the HR ticket process , Determining SLA for operation processes and system
