Job Identification

We are looking for an HR Executive / Employee Relations and D&I to join our Group Office Human Resources Team. Implements Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, and Human Rights practices across 12 CCI countries, ensuring alignment with CCI policies and local legislation. Partners with key stakeholders to foster an inclusive and compliant workplace culture, supporting CCI’s goal of becoming the best place to work.

What We Expect

  • Oversees and collaborates with country teams, functional subject matter experts and other COEs, building capability across CCI countries to effectively execute CCI Human Rights Policy
  • Works together with countries’ HR Teams Group Office (GO/HQ) in providing direction for the HR team to develop and refine Human Rights & Human Resources policies and procedures that are aligned with CCI Group Policies
  • Oversees HR Audit results in coordination with COEs and supports local HR teams for action plans and ensures timely completion/sustainable solutions
  • Contributes to the CCI D&I strategy by defining the framework and toolkit that enables it to accelerate progress and establish an inclusive and supportive culture
  • Ensures the implementation of the annual D&I calendar, follows up with Country HR Departments on D&I Agenda.
  • Raises awareness about all Human Rights Policy and D&I related events, developments, and practices, such as Human Rights Day. 
  • Represents CCI in the fields of Human Rights and Diversity and Inclusion in external forums and working groups where deemed appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or MA degree
  • Min. 6 years of experience in Human Resources, including 3 years in Employee Relations and D&I function. 
  • Excellent command of English
  • Clear understanding of Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion standards
  • Understanding of laws and principalsprinciples
  • Clear and concise communication skills 
  • Consulting skills with the ability to work within a diversified business culture, engage and influence
  • Exceptional customer service mindset, attention to details, good prioritization skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to run data analysis, focus on details

Prerequisites for the Application

  • At least for 1 year of CCI tenure.
  • To have at least one performance score with minimum “Successful Performance” and above rating.
