Job Identification
Design employee compensation structures & benefit programs and act as a consultant on Total Rewards management for all CCI Countries, in order to attract and retain employees and create a long-term culture within the Company. Carry out the effectiveness and continuity of Total Rewards cycles, projects, policies, and procedures as well as keeping them up to date in line with business needs and market insights. Main Responsibilities
- Act as a total rewards consultant for CCI country HR and county leadership teams
- Support the design of employee salary structures and benefit programs, develop and enhance relevant total reward strategies and tools designed to address the needs of the CCI countries
- Support the management in the annual review cycle and coordinate all CCI countries
- Budget and execute incentive programs (STIP <IP) across all CCI Countries
- Support the design & execution of the recognition and rewarding policies
- Launch and update of Total Rewards policy and procedures aligned with the Company’s strategy/vision and business goals for all CCI Countries
- Analyze total rewards data to identify key trends and variances and contribute to the creation of HR analytics and insights
- Coordinate and guide CCI top management and countries about Equal Salary Certification renewal and audit processes, design and recommend relevant strategies to stakeholders and top management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from Industrial/Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics and/orother related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards
- Knowledge of project management, compensation & benefits management and data management
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written
- Exceptional customer service mindset with good prioritization skills and attention to details
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work within a diversified business culture
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis, with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- An appetite for continuous improvement and growth mindset
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to deep dive data analysis
- Passionate team player, with high flexibility and adaptation capability
- Experience in a multinational working environment is preferred
