Job Identification

We are now seeking for an HR Specialist, Recruitment to be a part of our Group Office Business Partner team. This role is responsible for end to end recruitment process for the positions he/she is responsible for considering the HC recruiting plan. The recruitment specialist acts as the key point of contact for HRBPs, Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What We Expect

  • Execution of end-to-end recruitment process, for the relevant vacant positions, ensuring compliance to GO Talent Acquisition Policy.
  • Acting as the single point of contact for hiring managers of relevant positions while working in close collaboration with HR Business Partners.
  • Creating job posts & determining on the sourcing strategy considering the brief of Hiring Manager & HRBP.
  • Executing end to end recruitment process in line with SLAs for entry, specialist and executive levels, (including execution of internal recruitment when necessary, especially the operational part). Screening of resumes, headhunting when necessary, conducting phone interviews, assigning pre-employment tests, monitoring the results, planning interviews & assessment centers where necessary,  conducting competency-based interviews and sharing candidate letters. Conducting insight interviews for candidates declining offers. Conducting reference checks for succesful candidates. Well-using system and keeping data on the SF system.
  • Working with 3rd party companies (recruitment agencies, platforms etc.) when necessary and following up their performance.
  • Participating to campus activities, fairs, networks or using other sourcing channels for talent prospecting. Representing the organization at employment fairs and other campus activities when necessary.
  • Communicating and sharing the offer to the candidate & closing the requisition in SF and sharing candidate assessment report and detailed information with HRBP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced level of English
  • 2-5 Years of overall experience
  • Selection and/or Development Center & Recruitment, Competency Based Interview will be assests
  • Advanced level of customer focus
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Coordination, planning skills are must
