Job Identification

We are looking for a Head of Communications to be a part of our Corporate Affairs team located in Group Office.

What We Expect

  • Governs CCI’s media disclosure policy and advices the countries on media approach 

  • Develops and executes CCI internal communication plans and campaigns

  • Coordinates country Communication teams for the deployment of CCI wide communications initiaves

  • Develops effective Media Relations call plan and engagement initiatives. Oversees annual external communications calendar

  • Develops CCI's social media strategy, builds capability for social media across CCI country teams

  • Onboards and manages CCI communication & media agencies

  • Manages CCI's external reputation as an Employer of Choice

  • Builds CCI leaders' capability as company spokespersons. Trains and educates CCI ambassadors to protect CCI's reputation. 

Qualifications

  • Having Bachelors or MA Degree

  • Advanced level of English

  • Minimum 7-8 years of hands-on corporate communications experience

  • Having proficiency in representing the company’s interests in various platforms and with various stakeholders, at a senior level (Government; Media; NGO, pressure groups, etc.),

  • Having strong cultural awareness and proven ability to operate in complex and culturally diverse environments with potential conflicts of interests between parties

  • Understanding the financial drivers in the business and having the ability to manage and monitor the functional & project budgets

  • An appetite for continuous improvement

  • Team player, flexibility and adaptation capability
