Job Identification

We are now seeking for an Master Data Accounting Associate to be a part of our Finance Service Center team. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below.

Main Responsibilities

Vendor Master Data

  • Checking and verifying the documents required for Vendor account creation and modification
  • Checking the vendor type, country, reconciliation account and bank account details
  • Checking whether the bank details to which Vendor will be receiving payments are defined and if not, ensure that it is defined and all needed documents are uploaded
  • Confirming the Vendor account details, and checking if it has been successfully transferred to SAP platform

 

Financial Accounting Governance / Financial Controlling Governance

  • Checking that G/L Accounts, Cost Center, Cost Element definitions comply with CCI standards
  • Checking the compliance of the G/L Account's reconciliation account with the country chart
  • Confirming the G/L Account, Cost Center, Cost Elements and check if they are successfully transferred to SAP
  • Ensuring compliance with FSC standard processes and SLAs
  • Ensuring that all process controls are operational, actively identify control gaps and recommend possible solutions

Capabilities

  • Bachelor Degree (accounting, finance, economics or other business-related field)
  • Good command of English and Turkish both written and verbal is a prerequisite and knowledge of Russian and Arabic will be an asset
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting software (SAP) and preferably experience in general accounting or finance
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Process improvement skills
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Ability to interact courteously with customers with a high quality of service
  • Ability to coordinate with other internal departments to deliver a seamless service to customers
