Main Responsibilities

 

  • Provide support regarding Payments queries e.g.: payment date, invoice status
  • Escalation of queries as appropriate
  • Supply advice on invoicing processes and deal with any queries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Establishing, managing and growing customer relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Perform vendor reconciliations
  • Provide support to vendor master data collection and verification
  • Working to agreed KPI’s and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver the highest quality of service as defined by the team leader in conjunction with the business units
  • Provide support to the team leader on the invoice verification supported FSC
  • Provide support to other team members
  • Execute all closing operations as per defined timelines
  • Establish a good relationship with customers maintaining open communication channels and developing high standards for service delivery
  • Ensure that all process controls are operational, actively identify control gaps and recommend possible solutions
  • Ensure compliance with FSC standard processes and SLAs.
  • Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks within the team and work with the team to generate solutions

Capabilities

Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or engineering related areas.
  • Minimum 2 + years of experience in accounting or customer services operations.
  • A very good command of English, Russian and Azerbaijani is a must
  • Solid user of Microsoft applications (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Interact effectively with the ability and willingness to share and receive information.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs through soliciting, evaluating, and acting upon feedback.
  • Ability to coordinate with related departments to deliver a seamless service to customers.
  • Accepting/adapting to cultural differences and Work in close collaboration with customers.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
