Job Identification

We are looking for a RGM Data Analyst to be a part of our RGM team located in Group Office.

What We Expect

  • Project Management: Working Closely with commercial teams, external agencies and DT data analytics team for defining the project need, leading the project cycle (technical advice, work on the iterations, milestone checking), translating technical results into commercial language, delivering insights to trigger strategy buildingSupport overall RGM governance, compliance to strategy and support capturing white spaces and creating new revenue streams thru data driven analysis
  • RGM ROI: Conduct pre/post analysis to understand ROI of RGM initiatives. A/B Testing to reveal contribution
  • Build Volume Forecast Tools. Develop econometric models to forecast impact of macro environment to FMCG and CCI Business
  • Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to reveal growth opportunities
  • Creating comprehensible reports and designing clear dashboards to improve understanding of current performance and potential of RGM initiatives. Own opportunity mapping & governance platforms (RGM dashboard, SKU scorecard, price bracket analysis, etc.)
  • Continuously seek for new ways to improve modelling and reporting tools
  • Developing advanced consumer/customer pricing models using internal/external data.
  • Provide feedback to platform managers to help improve data accuracy and execute data cleaning/enrichment strategies for RGM database
  • Work closely with commercial teams, data analysts and DT team to merge analytics with human insights and create compelling key performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business or Statistics or quantitative Social Sciences or related field of studies
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with business intelligence tools. (Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Python and/or R would be preferred)
  • Experience with statistical analysis, regression modeling and forecasting, time series analysis, and data mining Proven analytical and quantitative ability and a passion for enabling customers to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to work in cross functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, customer focus and business acumen
  • Researcher, quick learner, result-oriented and paying attention to detail
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrates discretion of handling confidential data/information.
