Job Identification

We are looking for a Solution Architect to be a part of our Digital Techology team located in Group Office.

What We Expect

  • You contribute to the team holding the technical design authority for the I&T Digital Portfolio across the company.
  • You maintain a comprehensive technical view of smart’s I&T Digital Landscape.
  • You ensure that applicable regulatory standards and legal requirements are met through the implementation of compliant I&T blueprints.
  • You educate and guide stakeholders on the potential of new technologies and methodologies.
  • You drive technical strategies and lead cross-team and cross-organizational projects with strategic value for I&T.
  • You collaborate with internal teams and outsourced managed service suppliers.
  • You guide the design, development, and operation of architectural guardrails, ensuring alignment with smart’s technological strategy.
  • You explore, compare, and support the selection of technologies for I&T Landscape.
  • You design and document complex architectures for multiplatform systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science).
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Consultant, or similar role with a focus on digital workplace solutions.
  • Experience with intranet platforms, collaboration tools, digital workplace projects, and employee engagement technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, intranet platforms, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to address unique client challenges.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Microsoft Consultant/Architect
  • Expertise in Active Directory/Identity Manager/Entra, or similar
  • Expertise in M365 in cloud and hybrid scenarios
