Logistics Executive

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all warehouse and logistics operations (micro delivery, business-to-consumer) follow the CCI standards, both global and regional HSE rules.
• Increasing internal & external warehouse based distribution efficiency.
• Identifying of poor performance fields of distribution in order to improve customer service level.
• Analysis of distribution related claim categories and implementation of action plan to improve the quality.
• Ensure coordination between 3rd party service providers and sales team.
• Experienced in systematic improvements in warehouse and distribution models (Last mile delivery etc.)
• Ensure collaboration between logistics functions across CCI countries and guide them for implementation of best practices approached.
• Monitoring and reporting logistics related KPI’s

Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering 
• 4 years work experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Ability to Power BI and Power Query is a plus
• Ability to process improvement skills
• Ability to analytical and financial thinking, strong relationship management, planning and organization skills
• Ability to ensure collaboration between functions
• A professional presence with strong written and oral communication skills in Turkish and English
• Ability to travel within and outside Turkey
