What You’ll Do
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of our success, responsible for:
- Strategic Leadership: Creating and executing tailored business and customer plans to meet area-specific dynamics.
- Team Empowerment: Performance evaluations, and development initiatives to build a passionate and high-performing team.
- Results-Driven Leadership: Setting annual business targets (KPIs) aligned with our strategies, analyzing outcomes, and implementing impactful actions.
- Distributor Partnership: Developing and managing distributor business plans to ensure alignment with Coca-Cola İçecek’s high standards.
- Key Account Management: Optimizing Key Account Portfolios to deliver results within the business plan framework.
- Market Expertise: Monitoring trends, identifying opportunities, and guiding senior management with actionable insights.
- Operational Excellence: Continuously improving processes for sustainable growth and sharing best practices.
What You'll Bring
We’re looking for sales leaders who demonstrate the ability to drive results, inspire teams, and build meaningful relationships. Ideal candidates will have:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the FMCG sector.
- Minimum of 1 year in team management, demonstrating the ability to lead effectively, inspire teams, and deliver impactful results
- Proven experience in Field Sales and Distributor management will be highly valued.
- Skills & Expectations:
- Results-Oriented: A proactive mindset with a focus on achieving ambitious targets and driving innovation.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Language: Fluency in Turkish and strong English skills (written and verbal)
- Leadership & Strategy: Forward-thinking with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement effective strategies.
- Customer Focus: Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
- Adaptability: Flexible, resilient, and capable of thriving in dynamic environments while managing change effectively.
- Driving Skills: A valid driver’s license and active driving experience.
- Mobility: Candidates should be open to and enthusiastic about mobility both within Türkiye and abroad at any stage of their career journey.
