Job Identification

We are looking for a results-driven team member to manage account and authorization processes for Telsell teams, monitor operations in line with SLA targets, strengthen supplier relationships, and develop telesales projects tailored to sales team needs.

What We Expect

  • Setting and sharing Telsell's monthly targets by distributor
  • Preparing and sharing incentive targets by distributor, the end of month sales report by sales centers, end of month sales reports for ASM's & SD's special follow-ups
  • Compiling end of month sales by agents and distributors, end of period sales data for incentives by agents and distributors.
  • Calculating monthly premiums for agents, team leaders, and unit managers.
  • Oversee the incentive PR/PO processes
  • Preparing the monthly Telsell dashboard performance presentation, sales plan, annual business plans
  • Creating and extending of Telsell agents' vendor accounts and creating authorization requests to gec access to CCI servicess by Telsell team leaders
  • Monitoring equipment efficiency
  • Meeting with business partners to discuss technological improvements for more efficient Telsell operation
  • Review agent-based performances with team leaders and unit managers
  • Conduct monthly Telsell performance evaluations with the team. Implement workgroup changes
  • Regularly evaluate agents performance by distributors and optimize the number of calls made by agents
  • Analyze the needs of different sales departments and develop telesales-based projects to address them
  • Conduct routine distributor visits to observe and assess telesales operational efficiency in the field

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics or Industrial-Management Engineering is a plus
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Good command of the English language,
  • No travel restriction
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
  • Proven leadership capabilities
