Job Identification

We are looking for Customer Services Specialist to be a part of our Organized Trade Sales team. 

 

What We Expect

  • To report and analyze results using statistical techniques and develop interactive dashboards, reports etc.
  • To analyze Customers’ Specific B2B portal.
  •  To be on the Field at least 2 days in a week in order to check compliance of  Customer Specific Agreements where field team is not covering (Metro, BTT, Hakmar express).
  • According to Agreement realization, giving feedback to sales executives.
  • To be responsible of Customer related development projects (In-Store execution tracking Projects, ISA tracking etc, field- key account team communiccation cycle).
  • Create scorecard on key customer metrics like RED, Otif, Cfr, Ic mix, value share, sovi and socvi. 
  • Create visualization on Power BI for key account team. 
  • To be the main responsible of “Calibration For Value”, which is the customer management tool.
  • To be contact point in team for matters related to Customer Services & DT departments.
  • To visualize data & create & cross-functional reporting for related business units with key performance metrics, trends & alerts.
  • Leverage different data anayltics from descriptive to prescriptive analytics to estimate value/volume share for modern channel.  

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Resilience; flexibility and adaptation capability
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
