Job Identification

We are now seeking for a Customer Supply Chain Manager to be part of our Supply Chain team in Istanbul.

What We Expect

  • Guiding and managing data driven and customer centric demand management, long-mid-short term supply planning, raw material planning, deployment planning, order operations and customer service activities,
  • Creating partnerships and alliances with key customers to improve supply chain capabilities and create,
  • Ensuring S&OP process discipline in country; collaborating with other functions of Supply Chain and Cross Functional Leadership to ensure execution of long-term, annual and monthly business plans.
  • Managing execution of end-to-end planning principles: Timely demand plan creation, incorporation of voice of customer in demand plans, adequate supply plans ensuring optimum line efficiency, procurement planning for critical raw materials, investment planning and capacity utilization while reducing cost to serve,
  • Identifying and mitigate capacity and raw material supply risks that could impact the country supply chain's ability to meet customer needs, out-of-stocks such as geopolitical issues, supply chain disruptions, or changing regulations,
  • Improving CCI Cash flow performance by optimizing Finished Goods and Raw Material Inventory at CCI locations and distributor warehouses,
  • Collaborating with Distribution Management Teams and Key Account Teams to execute country's volume and customer service targets in-line with Annual and strategic Customer Service Targets,
  • Managing distributor inventory by daily replenishment cycle
  • Establishing self-service analytic tools in country in order to analyze daily-weekly-monthly performance of business in terms of quality growth

Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management and related faculties)
  • Min 8-10 Years of Functional Experience, 10-15 Years of Total Experience
  • Advanced level of English and fluent in Turkish is must (both speaking & writing)
  • Self-motivated and good motivator
  • Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
