Job Identification
We are now seeking for a Demand Planning Specialist to be part of our Supply Chain team in Istanbul.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the alignment of sales volume targets by applying the one-number principle across CCI TR's strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Assist in planning and tracking weekly, monthly, and annual sell-in volumes, ensuring alignment with BP and LRP targets.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, sales, and supply planning teams to help maintain product availability and profitability.
- Contribute to setting monthly CCI sales volume targets by working closely with RGM, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Help analyze the market volume, seasonality, and sales trends to recommend optimal distributor stock policies.
- Assist in preparing production plant volume forecasts to meet supply and logistics planning needs.
- Support the revision of weekly rolling CCI & market volume targets to ensure accurate supply and deployment plans.
- Assist in determining weekly/monthly production needs in coordination with supply planning.
- Participate in S&OP processes to align tactical actions across departments to achieve volume and profitability targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and support the implementation of optimized stock policies to ensure availability.
- Help optimize distributor and intercompany sourcing decisions to minimize logistics costs and balance stocking capacities.
- Monitor volume allocation during limited supply and assist in aligning priorities with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Industrial Engineering, Other Engineering Departments, Management)
- Advanced Level of English
- Ability to understand ERP Programs back processes with related experience like SAP, Oracle
- Ability to conduct analysis over complex data tables and making accurate decisions through establishing connections amongst figures.
- Ability to optimize supply and demand matching by intercompany shipment planning, prioritization of production and effective demand management
- Ability to track and lead a customer project with OE and 6Sigma Methodology
- Having a deep understanding of the financial implications of his/her business-related decisions. Ability to understand basic financial statements, conducting analysis and making effective decisions over them.
