Job Identification

We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our E-Commerce team in Istanbul. The E-Commerce Marketing Manager role is responsible for designing and executing the e-Commerce Marketing Strategy for eRetailers and Food Service Aggregators, embracing whole portfolio, through company & shopper & customer lens, to drive sustainable & profitable growth in e-Commerce Channel.

Main Responsibilities

1.    Budget and Strategy Management:

  • Leading the business plan process end to end from preparing to executing. Tracking annual  and long term business plans for each customer defining channel and brand roles. Setting objectives within a cohesive channel mapping framework.
  • Managing the marketing budget dedicated to eCommerce channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Overseeing ongoing performance tracking, ensuring effective reallocation and optimization of resources.

2.    Execution & Portfolio Management: 

  • Leading all marketing activities from presenting ideas to customers to designing promotions & driving visibility on shelf. Monitoring the existing portfolio performance & identifying the gaps/opportunities & reshaping the portfolio if needed. Creating attractive business solutions and leading innovations to improve portfolio availability & visibility.
  • Digital Shelf Management and Brand Activation via defining and leading the digital shelf strategy, ensuring brand image consistency, content accuracy, and keyword optimization for enhanced search and visibility.

3.    Business & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitoring all internal & external market dynamics (KBI tracking, sales/market share analysis, category trends, FMCG tracking).
  • Tracking & implementing necessary Research & Customer Understanding studies regarding company & customer needs in a local & global perspective.
  • Tracking ROAS and other key performance metrics (conversion rates, click-through rates, traffic) for digital marketing activities, coordinating with media teams.

4.    E-Retailer Partnerships and Capability Building:

  • Creating and deploying an e-Retailer Capability Matrix to assess and enhance digital capabilities across online retailers.
  • Leading and supporting e-Retailer partnership projects, focusing on transactional and brand marketing initiatives for optimal market penetration.
  • Defining and implementing the retailer redirection strategy, aligning with media & brand teams to optimize channel-specific opportunities.

5.    Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partnering with all functions to design and execute business development solutions ensuring our service model & capabilities match market needs (i.e. new digital tools with IT teams, new merchandizing solutions with Supply Chain teams etc.).
  • Coordinating with all marketing teams to create a holistic approach across company to have a relevant and target audience based digital shopping experience.
  • Building sustainable network across functions & other CCI countries to increase the awareness of the channel needs & opportunities to implement & share best practices. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in channel strategy & management in FMCG, ideally in e-Commerce & digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong willingness for cross-functional development assignments.
  • Strong impact & influence skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating effectively with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and improving key performance metrics.
  • Advanced English
