Job Identification 

We are looking for Event and Sponsorships Executive to be a part of our Marketing  team located in İstanbul, Türkiye

What We Expect

• Leading, developing and executing the "Marketing Academy" training program
• Outline Marketing Function's capability and competency framework and design development plans accordingly for continuous improvement
• Manage the strategic and day-to-day relationship with the internal departments for event organizations and several marketing projects
• Manage agencies to organize internal events  (JBP, Distributors Meeting, ASM Meeting, etc) including venue selection, logistics, on-site event services, budgeting, billing control and concept building in coordination with channel and brand marketing teams
• Analyse the sponsorship demands, share the consumer related ones with TCCC, optimizate the demands, coordinate the bugdet with core marketing team
• Supporting Line Manager for Trade Marketing Execution processes and leading Sales & Marketing Field Execution projects (Tourism Project, University Project, Route Project and Channel Project Executions etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and related field of studies

• 4 Year of experience , Sales or Marketing background

• Fluent in English and Turkish

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Initiator and results-oriented with strong communication, and cross-functional problem solving skills

• Business savvy, result-oriented, and customer-focused

• Understanding of field dynamics and ability to collaborate with sales team

• Willingness to be flexible in a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency, meeting deadlines and benchmarks

• Advanced Level Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint knowledge
