We are now seeking for an Executive Assistant to Regional Director to be a part of CCI Turkey team. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:
What We Expect
- Manages the daily organization of the agenda of RD, arranges external and internal organizations, schedules appointments, arrangements meetings and conferences, organizes travel plans, facilitates business meetings with a strong sense of communication.
- Supports the RD with daily operational work.
- Works closely and effectively with the RD to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, follows up appropriately.
- Prepares presentations and consolidates reports under guidance, organizes company events, seminars and meetings.
- Able to manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Greets guests by phone, in person or through electronic media. Assesses guests' needs and explains services, processes, procedures and guidelines in order to direct the person to the proper sources.
- Conserves RD's time by researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning and conserving time.
- Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and basic bookkeeping work. Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Capabilities
- Undergraduate Degree
- Advanced level of English
- Preferably 2 Years of related experience with 4+ Years of overall experience
