Job Identification
Are you a dynamic sales professional eager to make a significant impact in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector? At Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), we're seeking a passionate Field Sales Executive to drive our sales initiatives and foster strong customer relationships.
What We Expect
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly volume and revenue goals.
- Team Management: Support your team's growth and competency development.
- Distributor Development: Expand sales with current distributors in your region.
- Building Customer Relationship: Regularly visit customers in your assigned region/channel. Establish and maintain strong, sustainable customer connections.
- Field Optimization: Guide and mentor your team to enhance CCI product penetration. Identify and implement field execution opportunities.
- Sales Execution: Manage your team, customers and distributors to achieve business objectives.
Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial/Management Engineering is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years in the FMCG sector; experience in the food/beverage industry is preferred.
- Good command of the English language,
- No travel restriction
- Driver’s license (Class B)
- Willing to locate in Istanbul (Asia-Europe)Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of all sales functions, including Channel and Category Sales Development, Customer Relations, and Field Operations.
