Job Identification

We are now seeking for a Finance Analyst to be a part of our Contract Management team located in İstanbul. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:

What We Expect

  • Improving, controlling and executing customer investment processes with the sales team & law departmant
  • Controlling and executing contract investments by means of compatibility with VUK, SPK, Competition Law, KVKK, procedures and policies of the company
  • Archiving hard-soft copy of contracts
  • Reconciling with legal department for cases of incongruent contracts
  • Generating and revising procedures by reviewing the sales, finance, legal and tax processes continuously
  • Organizing the trainings for sales and finance teams to inform them about the updates in procedures
  • Taking active role in projects that will create value to the company's future business processes

Capabilities

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Industrial Engineering
  • Good command of English both in verbal and written
  • Excellent command of MS Office Programs
  • Knowledge of SAP Finance Modules is an asset
  • Strong planning and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Dealing with an innate problem or challange
