Job Identification

We are now seeking for an HR Specialist to be responsible for Disciplinary and Ethics to be a part of our HR Operations team. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:

What We Expect

  • To carry out disciplinary and ethics processes of Turkey in a standard way and in compliance within  local legislations and CCI policies with the related Management Team, Legal Team and HR Team.
  • Ensuring the compliance of these discipline processes with the company policies and procedures, Labor Law and all related laws/legislations.
  • Identify, investigate and resolve issues of employee concerns in an appropriate and timely manner (including general conduct, Health & Safety, performance and Human Rights)
  • Coordination of all internal and external audits (including human  rightsaudits).
  • Managing Human Rights Policy in Turkey with trainings and developments within Sustainability Pledge
  • Interprets policy and makes recommendations for policy updates as needed.
  • Supporting women empowerment principles in Turkey with trainings and development.
  •  Takes a proactive approach by identifying higher-level employee relations trends, recommending  solutions that address root-cause of issues.
  •  Develops and facilitates field based training when needed.
  • Complete archiving of all data regarding the Disciplinary, Ethics and Human Rights processes carried out.

Capabilities

  • Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations)
  • Advanced level of English
  • 0-2 years experience
  • Being curious to learn
  • Being solution-oriented in conflict resolution
  • Investigation skills
  • Knowledge about Labor Law Legislations
  • Knowledge about Human Rights
  • Knowledge about Gender Equality
  • Training Skills is an asset
