Job Objective

We are now seeking for an HR Specialist to be a part of our HR Learning & Development Department. The main responsibilities and the specifications for the role are shared below:

Main Responsibilities

The role is responsible for the design and successful execution of the learning & development initiatives in CCI Turkey.

  • Knows and understands the overall company purpose and commercial strategy
  • Understand the needs and design the learning journeys specific to different business units/functions
  • Cooperates with teammates in L&D, HRBP teams and relevant functions to understand the needs and co-create functional academies (i.e. HR, Finance, Marketing, SC)
  • Supports the design of the Leadership / Management Development and Competence / Skills Development Curriculum by connecting best in class vendors, searching trends & topics, follows the execution in line with plans.
  • Connects with internal (company trainers) and external resources (vendors) to understand trends, expectations and come up with the best match annual functional L&D plans
  • Is accountable for relevant branding, running communication campaigns and on time execution of functional L&D initiatives
  • Designs mentorship programs to increase intergenerational and interdepartmental communication with the aim of fostering mutual learning.
  • Is accountable for regular development reporting; analyzing data and providing insights
  • Ensure active utilization of LMS Platforms for data accuracy, data completeness, learner experience, learning effectiveness and automatization of processes
  • Follows up new digital learning trends & platforms and opens the way to utilize the best options
  • Prepares the annual learning and development budget under responsibility area

Capabilities

  • Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Social Sciences and Business Administration)
  • Advanced level of English
  • L&D experience and know-how on adult learning is highly preferred
  • 1-3 Years of overall experience
  • D&I and Engagement related experience is an asset
  • Facilitation and training skills is an asset
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
