Job Objective

We are now seeking for HR Specialist & Executive to be a part of our HR Business Partner Commercial team located in Istanbul.

What We Expect

Strategic HR Business Partnership & Customer Management:
•    To prepare the people plan, foresee the needs, drive HR processes (talent management, recruitment, promotion / assignment, performance, learning / training, remuneration, engagement) and to develop necessary system / application suggestions according to business strategies of the customer
•    To be the first contact of employees -especially ELT members- about all HR related topics
•    To coordinate the consultants based on CCI needs

Talent Management & Career Development:
•    To prepare strategic talent management plans for the account
•    To drive ELT in terms of talent management and career development
•    To prepare career maps according to the need of the function and keep them updated and to support the career paths of employees
•    To plan succession for related teams, focusing on talent pipeline by employees’ strengths, development areas, mobility status, career goals and development actions using assessment center evaluations and other feedback resources.
•    To provide insight and support Talent Management team; for recruitment / promotion and rotation process to contribute CCI's current and future talent pool

Talent Moves (Recruitment /Promotion/Demotion/Lateral Move/International Assignment):
•    To proactively define the talent move needs in line with the business requirements
•    To conduct promotion and rotation process up to Manager level for related accounts
•    To clarify the need for recruitment requests, partner in Talent Acquisition decision making process (i.e. competency based interview, assessment centers) in line with potential status of the department, internal balances, the difficulty of the position, fair placement etc.

Capabilities

• Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Social Sciences and Industrial Engineering)
• 2-7 years of experience in HR Business Partnership or in Center of Expertise (Preferably Talent Management) 
• Advanced level of English
• Advanced level of customer focus
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Good coordination and planning skills
• Both teamwork and leadership skills
• 30% travel for Commercial HRBP
