Job Identification
We are looking for Key Account Executive to be a part of our E-Commerce Sales team located in İstanbul.
What We Expect
• Planning and implementing customer specific promotions, campaigns and tailor-made executions for defined accounts
• Managing finance related objectives (P&L tables, OI Margins of Online-Only customers) planning and executing Digital JBP with Online-Only customers regarding following topics: e-RED (Right Execution Daily), Online PICOS, Promotion, Campaigns, Online Portfolio Management (OBPPC)
• Ensuring achievement of set business goals and obtaining internal and external customers satisfaction to build up strong new relationships and strengthen up current ones with related departments and grades
• Developing the digital shelves as the future of shopping in all channels
• Onboarding and managing new/on going Online-Only customers to CCI system and to set up partnerships with them to develop new business models and to increase online CCI products penetration
• Managing given budget effectively and get the best outcome of investments
• Enhancing and improving scope of business via expanding product portfolio, occasionally planning and planning other consumer campaigns, defining areas of connecting to current offline campaigns, and adding new features to online platforms and digital marketing. Managing campaigns, product portfolio and profitability strategies designed for e-commerce sales dynamic and opportunities
• Accountable for online sales growth, sales volume, profit and operational efficiency targets for B2B2C Customers
• Establishing online data collection and analysis environment, collecting market insights and customer feedbacks from digital platform and transferring them into innovative project that would increase customer satisfaction and operating efficiency
• By continuously following market trends and innovations and benchmarking with other companies, discovering new opportunities for CCI online channel development and CCI digital transformation, converting them into projects and executing them
• Negotiating and resolving disputes and customer claims in changing circumstances
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a business related function
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Advanced level of English and Turkish, both verbal and written
• Will and ability to work in multifunctional and multicultural project teams
• Resilience; flexibility and adaptation capability
• Strong communication skills
• Commercial and Strategic thinking capability
