Main Responsibilities

  • Preparing consolidated monthly Retail audit & household panel reports customized for business units.

  • Continuously imporving and ensuring the health of the panels by conducting periodic coverage analysis to better reflect the company performance.

  • Analyzying trends in FMCG, NARTD, CSD from multiple sources to define threats and opportunities in the market while connecting the dots between all data sources (RED, TCCC reporting tools, Nielsen, HTP, Kantar, Canadean, Euromonitor, etc.)

  • Consistently guiding/training all cross functional teams to increase panel awareness and interpretation of the reports/numbers in right way.

  • Coordinate field visits to build data quality trust of the sales team.

  • Managing Market Research budget efficiently in coordination with K&I Manager, Turkey.

  • Creating system alignment with TCCC K&I and commercial teams.

  • Providing necessary data, analysis and outputs for cross functional teams, and top management presentations

  • Proposing new analysis and modelling tools considering business needs and priorities

  • Supporting marketing and sales teams throıughout the BP process


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus

  • Min. 3 years of experience in marketing/customer management

  • Commercial awareness as well as great conceptual thinking and very strong analytical skills to work out a systematic mapping of potential opportunities

  • Strong knowledge about research methodologies, qual, quant both for conventional and alternative techniques.

  • High Capacity of analyzing and presenting huge amount of data with a business story and output.

  • Strong experience about Retail and household panel tracking/structure/usage and analysis.

  • FMCG Industry knowledge in a company and/or in a research agency side is to cope with fast-paced business reality.

  • Ability to leverage research results into actionable marketing and business building initiatives.

  • Passion for creative thinking that leads to innovation.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

  • Great written, verbal communication skills in English & Turkish

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
