Job Identification

We are looking for a Marketing Services Executive to be a part of our Marketing Operations and Sponsorship team located in Istanbul.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordination of generic materials used during the year
• Development and efficient use of demand management systems
• Coordinating the demands of marketing teams, informing the sales and marketing teams
• Increasing the management and efficiency of local suppliers 
• Increasing the efficiency of the Promotional material system
• Regular distributor promotional material stock reporting & tracking
• Lead marketing services system management & development ( SAP, Voyage, Evreka )
• Sales team ASSET & TSA  budget management
• Outlet-based profitability analysis according to promotional material investment

Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and related field of studies
• 4 Year of experience , Sales or Marketing background
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Initiator and results-oriented with strong communication, and cross-functional problem solving skills
• Business savvy, result-oriented, and customer-focused
• Understanding of field dynamics and ability to collaborate with sales team
• Willingness to be flexible in a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency, meeting deadlines and benchmarks
• Advanced Level Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint knowledge
