Job Identification 

We are looking for a Pricing Manager, RGM to be a part of our Marketing team located in İstanbul HQ.

What We Expect

  • Preparation and coordination of the ABP (annual business plan) pricing strategy; including consumer price elasticity studies
  • Puting a proposal for OBPPC (pack & price architecture) strategy and taking necessary pricing actions on time
  • Impact calculation and proposal of ad-hoc pricing and portfolio mitigations due to unexpected circumstances
  • Understanding of channel/customer/product specific pricing needs. Analyzing these tactical pricing needs raised by other teams and support decision/give guidance to requests.
  • Considering consumer habits, ensuring that the product mix is managed in the most accurate way to profitable packages.
  • Pricing of the new products and the multipacks, leading and positioning the production and placement of strategic multipack products.
  • Monthly share tracking in the sector, understanding the dynamics of share gain/loss in each category/brand/channel
  • Monthly price tracking in the sector
  • Preparation of monthly rolling estimate price figures
  • Monthly track of trade promo actions' effects on customer entry prices.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required
  • Min. 3 years of experience in marketing/customer management
  • Commercial awareness as well as great conceptual thinking and very strong analytical skills to work out a systematic mapping of potential opportunities
  • Ability to motivate and influence internal and external parties
  • Strong knowledge about research methadologies, qual, quant both for conventional and alternative techniques.
  • Ability to read P&L, understand the impact of financial metrics on business results
  • Ability to leverage research results into actionable marketing and business building initiatives
  • Passion for creative thinking that leads to innovation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Problem solving skills
  • Great written, verbal communication skills in English & Turkish
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
