Job Identification

We are looking for a Assistant Product Managers in RGM  to be a part of our Marketing team located in Istanbul, Türkiye.

 

Main Responsibilities

RGM: (Trade Promotion & Portfolio Growth Management) Develop and execute trade promotion strategies & lead the volume forecasting process.

  • Leading the volume forecasting process and providing accurate and timely data to all stakeholders

  • Coordinating Rolling Estimate process (SKU based monthly forecasting)

  • Risk Assessment & Contingency Planning (vs BP and RE targets) and providing timely feedbacks

  • Leading the maintenance and improvement of the volume forecasting process on a monthly, annual and long-term perspective as well as utilizing/developing the necessary tools

  • Identifying & monitoring optimal assortment mix by category, channel & customer

  • Supporting to examine customer price terms and conditions across retail channel and helping Trade Promotion team to structure price activities to enhance sales rate and satisfy customer needs

  • Strategic Portfolio Understanding through SKU Scorecard, Brand Portfolio Strategy Evaluation and SKU Level Deep Dive Analysis

  • Supporting development of Sparkling and Still Categories OBPPC architecture to capture value growth opportunities

  • Providing accurate market intelligence via understanding the competitive landscape and supporting the team with facts and analysis

 

Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or quantitative Social Sciences or related field of studies.

  • Min. 2 years of experience in marketing/customer management

  • Commercial awareness as well as great conceptual thinking and very strong analytical skills to work out a systematic mapping of potential opportunities

  • Ability to motivate and influence internal and external parties

  • Ability to leverage research results into actionable marketing and business building initiatives

  • Passion for creative thinking that leads to innovation

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders

  • Problem solving skills

  • Great written, verbal communication skills in English & Turkish

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
