Job Identification
We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager – RGM to join our Marketing team based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Main Responsibilities
RGM: Trade Promotion & Portfolio Growth Management

Develop and execute trade promotion strategies and lead the volume forecasting process.

Lead the volume forecasting process and provide accurate and timely data to all stakeholders.

Coordinate the Rolling Estimate process (SKU-based monthly forecasting).

Conduct risk assessment and contingency planning (vs. BP and RE targets) and provide timely feedback.

Lead the maintenance and improvement of the volume forecasting process from monthly to long-term perspectives, including the development and use of relevant tools.

Identify and monitor the optimal assortment mix by category, channel, and customer.

Support the review of customer price terms and conditions across retail channels and assist the Trade Promotion team in structuring price activities to boost sales and meet customer needs.

Contribute to strategic portfolio planning through SKU scorecards, brand portfolio strategy evaluation, and deep-dive SKU-level analysis.

Support the development of Sparkling and Still Categories' OBPPC architecture to capture value growth opportunities.

Provide accurate market intelligence by understanding the competitive landscape and supporting the team with data-driven insights.
Capabilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Social Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or customer management.

Strong commercial awareness, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills for identifying and mapping potential opportunities.

Ability to motivate and influence internal and external stakeholders.

Skilled in translating research findings into actionable marketing and business initiatives.

Passion for creative thinking and innovation.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
