Are you passionate about coffee and skilled in delivering exceptional support to ensure perfect coffee?
We are looking for Sales Support Responsible for Costa Coffee who coordinate and organize training sessions for customers and the Costa Team to maintain high-quality service standards monitor the performance and coordination of coffee machines, and provide proactive support for effective sales processes.
What We Expect
• Monitoring the efficiency and coordination of machines,
• Reporting customers in the ABA check system,
• Training planning for Costa Team and customers
• Support in technical processes,
• Coffee responsibility in internal/external company events and training baristas,
• Providing tasting/product information and machine control for both new and potential customers,
• Providing sales coordination with customer sales efficiency and communicating potentials
Qualifications
- Tercihen lisans mezunu,
- Kahve makineleri ve ekipmanları konusunda teknik bilgi sahibi,
- İyi derecede İngilizce bilen,
- MS Office uygulamalarına hakim,
- B sınıfı sürücü belgesine sahip ve aktif araç kullanabilen,
- Analitik düşünme yeteneği gelişmiş, güçlü ilişki yönetimi becerilerine sahip, ekip çalışmasına yatkın, planlama ve organizasyon becerileri yüksek,
- Müşterilerle hızlı ilişki kurabilen,
- Takım içinde uyumlu ve iş birliği yapabilen, esnek ve proaktif bir kişiliğe sahip.
