Job Identification
We are looking for a Sales Trainer to be a part of our Sales Training team located in Istanbul, Turkiye.
What To Expect
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training initiatives that boost sales performance and employee skills, leveraging the latest methodologies and technology for experiential learning.
- Collaborate with sales, HR, and other departments to identify training needs, develop annual strategies, and deliver targeted training interventions.
- Serve as a key resource for the sales team, offering guidance, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Your role involves not just training but also being a mentor and advisor.
- Continuously assess and report on the effectiveness of training programs, adapting strategies to meet evolving needs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee training budgets, coordinate with managers on training topics, and manage digital training platforms, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Are you a super communicator who loves to share and learn? Overflowing with patience, always coming up with cool new ideas and love digging into research?
- Love to stand up and show off your ideas in presentations? Feel proud when you can guide a discussion or a workshop, and are you a whiz with MS Office tools?
- Always got your eye on the latest tech stuff and know your way around managing websites or online platforms?
- Do you get a buzz from sharing what you know, always eager to learn more, and happy to explain things to others, no matter how long it takes?
- If you're always asking questions, looking for answers, and just can't stop exploring,
- Got a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or something similar,
- Have you spent at least 2 years teaching in corporate world or in sales roles? It's particularly valuable if you have direct experience in sales?
