Supply Planning Specialist, İstanbul

Job Identification

We are now seeking for a Supply Planning Specialist to be part of our Supply Chain  team in Istanbul.

What We Expect

• Managing CCI Türkiye supply planning responsibilities for the related category
• Ensuring continuous product supply to market on time, in full
• Production planning of the related category (Weekly/Monthly/Annual) based on demand, capacity constraints, and resource availability.
• Inventory optimization of raw materials and finished goods, keeping sufficient stock to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying cost and inventory obsolescence.
• Suppliers’ management to ensure timely and reliable supply of raw materials or finished goods.
• Managing promotional products and raw materials.
• Planning NPD and phasing out of a product from the market with minimum write-off cost
• Supply chain coordination of demand planning, suppliers, procurement, marketing, order operations and production plants
• Continuously reviewing and optimizing supply chain processes and implementing best practices and process enhancements.
• Taking active role in digital transformation

Qualifications

• Upholding ethical standards and making decisions that consider the social, environmental, and ethical implications of supply chain activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Minor in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering would be an asset)
• Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken
• Minimum 1-year and Maximum 3-year experience of demand, supply planning, supply chain department of FMCG sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Taking active role in at least one Supply Chain digitalization/ process improvement project
• Enthusiastic about Data Science and Data Analytics
• Good command of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Using SAP (PP, MM) related modules effectively would be an asset.
• R, Python and SQL knowledge would be an asset.
• Locate / willing to locate in Istanbul.
