Job Identification
We are looking for a Sales Representative who is responsible for managing and conducting end-to-end field sales activities for Costa Coffee. A sales representative is the primary Costa Coffee contact with the customer and is responsible for customer relationships.
What We Expect
- Creating Costa Coffee order requests from customers,
- Carrying out the necessary studies and implementing actions for Costa Coffee's market share, availability, and sales volume,
- Strengthening customer relations and solving problems,
- Gaining new customers, Equipment control and monitoring,
- Following the activities in the coffee market,
- Carrying out organization and display activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree,
- Passion for coffee and sales is a plus
- Good command of the English language,
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- B-class driver's license (active driving),
- Has an analytical perspective, strong relationship management, team-oriented, and high planning, and organizing skills,
- The ability to build relationships with clients quickly,
- To be aligned and collaborative within the team, additionally; flexible and proactive personality is necessary,
- Those who are/will be residing in İzmir or Muğla.
