Job Identification
We are looking for a RTM Executive to be a part of our Sales team located in Izmır, Türkiye
Main Responsibilities
- Establish yearly RTM Time Plan according to market needs with prior period frequency and to coordinate this plan with SM & ASM
- Create Preseller & MIT routes using related Digital Technology program, review the created routes during the year and make necessary & routine updates (in accordance with Segmentation, Channel and Sub channel specifications)
- Control customer & route data by taking regular reports, coordinate these controls with the sales team, supervise related staff to correct the updated data and control the correction periodically.
- Ensure sales force productivity by regularly reviewing existing Preseller / MIT routes
- Ensure that new customer description is routed correctly, monitor & correct detection of GPS coordinates.
- Establish the technological infrastructure required by MIT teams, determine the hardware requirements and execution of these processes coordinated with DT.
- Analyze Preseller & MIT & Sales Supervisor SFE & RED reports to guide the sales team to generate preventive actions for sales force ineffectiveness
- Plan& create distribution routes, guide the related staff for the installation of digital technology program and provide training support to A type distributors,
- Make RTM analyzes for annual business plans and share them with related departments.
- Monitor processes for Distributor and third-party Merchandising Teams and ensure Budget control
- Planning, supporting, analyzing EOS activities.
- Keep CCI and Distributor sales team informed about RTM processes and Data management.
- Track the sales team in the responsible area and ensure that the newcomers are informed about RTM processes.
Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in Turkish and English is must (both speaking & writing)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience at FMCG sector
- Advanced MS Office skills
- No travel restriction
- Driver’s license (Class B)
- Willing to locate in Izmır
