The CCI Next Talent Program is a 12-month structured development journey designed to immerse young talent into the dynamic ecosystem of Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), one of the largest bottlers of The Coca-Cola System.

 

Through interactive projects and hands on trainings, participants gain practical experience, enhance leadership capabilities, and develop specialized expertise across key business functions.

Eligibility Criteria

 

We would like you to be our Next Talent if you are/have;

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, Engineering or ACCA
  • Maximum 1 year’s work experience after graduation
  • Available to work full-time starting from 1st August 2025
  • For the Supply Chain department:
    • Preferably Chemical, Electrical and Electronics, Food and Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering students
  • For the Finance department:
    • Preferably ACCA or Accounting and Finance
  • Open to relocation
