Job Identification

We are looking for the Accountant to be a part of our Accounting team located in Almaty. 

What we expect

  • Mail distribution: Send mail to distributors in the regions for your area of responsibility.
  • Document debt control: Monitor for any outstanding document-related debts in your area of responsibility.
  • Preparation of reconciliation acts: Prepare reconciliation statements and monitor the resolution of discrepancies in these statements in subsequent periods.
  • Contract termination process: Manage the process of terminating contracts with customers in your area of responsibility.
  • Issuance of documents: Issue delivery notes, invoices, AVRs/EAVRs, and electronic invoices (ESFs) for other sales and exports; record transactions in the SAP system..
  • Reconciliation of AVRs/EAVRs: Reconcile AVRs/EAVRs with financial department data and ESFs.
  • Inventory management: Conduct inventory checks in warehouses, prepare inventory statements, have them signed by commission members, scan and place them in the Z-folder, and file them in the register.

Qualifications:

  • BSC/BA in Accounting and Finance, Public Accounting, and other related fields;
  • 2-4 years of experience,
  • Knowledge of accounting, financial and tax principles,
  • Preffered level of English – Intermediate and above
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of accounting, financial and tax principles
  • Knowledge of Turkish is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
